Attorney Michael J. Levey serves clients in all areas of general practice, with a concentration in divorce and family law, real estate and mediation. He has received awards and recognition for his work in the area of family law, and is certified as a mediator in the Maine courts. Attorney Daniel J Eccher enjoys helping clients figure out how to afford long-term care while having something left for their family. He also enjoys helping couples establish estate plans such that their children will be provided something upon the couple’s death. Attorney Patrice A. Attorney Tavis R. Madelyn O. Breerwood returned to her hometown of Winthrop as an associate of Levey, Wagley, Putman & Eccher, P.A. Estate planning, probate, trusts, and MaineCare are the focuses of Madelyn’s practice, as well as strategizing with clients for their future needs and wishes. Madelyn received her Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on legal studies from A.B. Freeman School of business. She then went on to earn her J.D. from Loyola University. Celeste A. Gaylord is our Office Manager, Legal Assistant and Financial Manager.

Susan Barbay is a Paralegal. She has worked in the legal and executive administrative field for more than 20 years. She has been with the firm since 2012.

Michael Susan Brown is a part-time Real Estate Title Abstractor, and has been with the firm since 2001.
